They churn just 4 flavors every day which they rotate out every couple days and today happened to be Cookies & Cream - Gula Melaka - Black Sesame - Banana day. I sampled all flavors before settling on banana and gula melaka which were the most intriguing of the 4, and that is saying a lot for their mellow flavored selections. The banana gelato literally tasted like an actual banana and I wondered if perhaps this was a nice cream? The flavor in the gula melaka ice cream (like all the others) was barely present but perhaps that’s the way the elves at Mellow roll? 🤷🏻‍♀️
