Based on my Eaten records, I had this dish right after the first covid lockdown and loved it. Sadly this was not quite the same. The spinach has disappeared.

First meal at a cafe after the covid-19 lockdown. I had half of this dish. It had English muffins, hashbrowns, spinach, bacon and poached eggs with hollandaise and their own tomato chutney.
