Crispy fried pork, tossed in asam jawa and budu gastrique. Fabulous. Absolutely fabulous. Such clever use of local ingredients, way beyond the usual sweet & sour tomato-based sauce. That sauce just coats each and every piece of that crispy pork so gorgeously. Sigh. And with this ends our journey with Mangkuk for now.
