Rice balls filled with crab, prawns and fennel, served with cracked pepper mayonnaise. These were genuinely some of the best things I have ever tasted! They were beautifully crispy on the outside, but soft and creamy on the inside. The taste of the seafood mixed really well with the fennel, which made it not too overwhelming.
