Fried Eggplant, Red Gravy, Sicilian Egg, Mozzarella, Pepperoncini, Fresh Basil, Gendusa Bakery Sesame Hoagie (added Avocado) It was a really good hoagie! A bit messy for a vegan sandwich but that was okay. I’m not a fan of eggplant but tried it anyway. Did not regret it. I’d eat it again. BUT... Only problem? The price. For a not-quite-6-inch hoagie with no sides it was $11+tax+tip+45min wait time+business district traffic. Not worth it if your looking for a quick filling lunch.
