It’s vegan, so not real tuna. It doesn’t taste like tuna, maybe vaguely, but I love them! There’s a crispy shell & a soft, sweet beet purée inside. It’s spicy! Mixed with the creamy avocado, it’s a really great gustatory experience! (Hard to describe these vegan foods!)
