Kurdish-Syrian specialty, packing juicy brisket, slow-braised in a smokey beer, into a fresh boat of bread fresh from their taboon oven. Also in there are potatoes, onion and chimichurri. Soooooo good!
Kudbari is a wheel of bread, stuffed with a range of fillings. This was a beef variant. Not my favourite dish here, but when considering the khachapuri and khinkali staples are what you turn up for, it's hardly a surprise.
