Studded with sesame, flax, fennel, sunflower seeds, and citrus. I love this bread sliced, toasted and then slathered on with Laughing Cow cheese spread (a guilty pleasure of mine that I treat myself to occasionally). The whole affair is nutty and wholesome without the heaviness.
