Sea bass steamed in a sauce of sesame oil, light soy sauce, fermented black beans, Shaoxing wine and sugar. Unbelievably easy to prepare with a wok and a lid since I didn’t have a steamer. Topped it with some ginger-infused oil, scallions, cilantro and toasted pistachios that I could finally rid the fridge of.
